- Previous call center/customer service experience is a MAJOR plus
- Experience handling a high volume of phone calls
- Flexibility in schedule and availability to work multiple days (during the week and one weekend day)
- Near perfect attendance for this role as you are servicing multiple clinics and hospitals
- Since we are a 24/7 call center, we do not have set shifts. Instead, we have a window that allows us some flexibility when scheduling.
- Schedules are made typically 3-4 weeks in advance, so they always know what they are working.
- All shifts require working every Saturday or Sunday.
- Servicing patient calls and entering information into a computer system
- Triaging calls for patients to appropriate personnel

This role is a 6-month contract to hire with a great opportunity to be brought on as a permanent employee after the contract period.
Pay is: $20-22/hr. based off of experience.
