As a Call Center Representative at Draw House Concepts, you will be the primary point of contact for current and prospective clients, providing them with information about our architectural services and assisting with inquiries and appointments.
Pay Range:
$ $26.00 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Identifying clients' needs and providing accurate information about our architecture and planning services
- Assisting clients with scheduling appointments and providing necessary documentation
- Resolving client complaints or issues and escalating as necessary to ensure resolution
- Keeping detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and maintaining confidentiality of client information
- Providing administrative support by processing client forms, updating databases, and performing other general office tasks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
