    Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

    • Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and department leaders to grasp their staffing needs, company goals, and team dynamics.
    • Actively recruit candidates through various channels, such as job boards, professional networks, social media, and industry gatherings.
    • Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment.
    • Manage the entire recruitment process efficiently.
    • Stay updated on current trends and innovations in the Creative and Marketing sector.
    • Promote diversity and inclusivity throughout the hiring process.
    • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment procedures, maintain precise candidate records, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

    Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications:

    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Relevant experience in the beauty industry is essential
    • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, particularly within the Creative and Marketing domain.
    • Thorough understanding of recruitment methodologies, candidate sourcing strategies, and talent evaluation techniques.
    • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
