    Welche Herausforderungen erwarten dich?
    Entwicklung und Durchführung von Projekten für spezielle Kundengruppen in der Substitution, wie z.B. Gefängnisse, Maßregelvollzug, psychiatrische Institutionsambulanzen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen
    Konzeption eines KOL-Managements in den o.g. Kundengruppen
    Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Market Access & Public Policy in Stakeholder Projekten zur strukturellen Verbesserung der Substitution in Deutschland (Politik, Selbstverwaltung, KVen, etc.)
    Vor-Ort Betreuung von wichtigen Stakeholdern für den Marktzugang bei bestehenden und zukünftigen Produkten
    Unterstützung des Head of Market Access & Public Policy in der Erschließung neuer Marktmöglichkeiten, auch in anderen Ländern
    Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Market Access-Projekten zur Markteinführung von zukünftigen Produkten
    Wie überzeugst du uns?
    Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes medizinisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (PhD, MD, PharmD, etc), mindestens jedoch Bachelor's degree (RN, PA, NP, etc) mit gesundheitswissenschaftlicher Ausrichtung und hast mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position
    Deine exzellenten Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten kannst Du an konkreten Beispielen belegen
    Du arbeitest gerne und effizient in cross-funktionalen Teams und bist ein guter Kommunikator
    Dein analytisches Denkvermögen befähigt dich, Informationen aus unterschiedlichen Quellen gekonnt zu analysieren und zielgruppengerecht aufzuarbeiten
    Hohe Belastbarkeit zeichnet dich aus – du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen jederzeit den Überblick. Du kannst umfangreiche und komplexe Aufgaben bewältigen und selbständig Prioritäten setzen.
    Gute PC-Kenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
    Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Werkzeugen und nutzt Projektmanagement-Werkzeuge effizien
