We are currently looking for a qualified and dedicated
Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Substitute (m/f/d) for our store in
Essen to start
immediately on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

- independent and responsible management of the store and ensuring sales readiness
- coordination and management of work processes
- assortment design and implementation of advertising and sales measures
- personnel management and development of your employees
- optimization of store results (sales, inventory, personnel costs)
- demand-oriented merchandise planning and ensuring proper management of merchandise business

You possess the following qualifications:

- completed vocational training as a retail merchant, preferably in the food retail sector, or a comparable education
- a degree in retail management and first-hand experience as an assistant store manager is a plus
- business knowledge and experience in retail
