The Werner Rhode Hausverwaltungen KG from Osnabrück stands out for its almost 50 years of experience in property management. Our range of services includes both the regional management of condominiums and rental management for owners of multi-family houses.

For our management properties in the greater Hannover area (including Hannover-Kleefeld, Hannover-List), we are currently looking for a

Caretaker (m/f/d)
(full-time)

to take care of the management properties and perform cleaning, maintenance, and security tasks.

The goal is to keep the buildings in a clean and orderly condition.

Your responsibilities

Maintenance and care of the buildings and property areas
Conducting and documenting regular inspections and maintenance work
Informing the property management about any defects or need for repairs
Making adjustments and minor repairs
Refilling and maintaining storage rooms
Collaboration with other employees and service providers, coordination of repairs and maintenance measures
Compliance with all health and safety regulations

Job requirements

Relevant professional experience as a caretaker, ideally with a trade qualification
High technical understanding
Physical resilience
Reliability and attention to detail
Integrity and ability to work independently
Class B driver's license
