- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UHNW vertical.
- Identify potential UHNW clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and leveraging existing contacts and IWP Family Office client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative and differentiated solutions for clients.
- Stay informed and communicate internally and externally on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive new and incremental revenue growth.
- Accompany senior team members to client meetings to evaluate current offerings, address concerns, and explore new opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress and performance.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the organization.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Leverage digital tools and communication channels to share relevant information with clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional family office teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Assist and provide feedback into development of effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador for IWP Family Office, promoting our services and values at industry events and conferences.
- Minimum of 58 years of experience in business development within the financial services industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred from a top tier university.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, market trends, and competition.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Additional licenses may be required.
- Professional certifications such as CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD a significant plus.
- Experience working in a family office or similar environment is advantageous.

Position Summary:
The UHNW Business Development Manager for Investment Advisory Services at IWP Family Office is a key role responsible for spearheading the expansion of our investment advisory business.
This individual will play a vital role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in the financial services industry with a robust network of contacts to leverage for the successful execution of the role.
