Description

**LOCATION:** Menomonee Falls, WI **Summary:** Account Manager and Customer Service role available with a manufacturing company in Menomonee Falls, WI.. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service or inside sales background with knowledge in a CRM system. This is a full time opportunity on a direct hire basis.

$50K base salary to start

Benefits and Vacation time

Flexible hours

**Responsibilities** **:**

Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customers and potential customers.

Respond to customer inquires, quote requests and complaints via phone and email.

Enter order data into SAP and other systems to create and maintain product line database.

Provide inside and outside sales support

Ensure shipping and lead times for manufacturing materials from outside suppliers and inter-company partners.

Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

Strong background in Customer Service, Account Management or Inside sales within a manufacturing setting

Experience working within a CRM system such as SAP

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Other skills apply: Account Manager, Inside Sales, Outside Sales.
