In this role, you'll be a crucial part of our team, engaging directly with customers on behalf of our clients and delivering exceptional service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicate directly with customers to articulate the benefits and values of our clients' brands.
    • Memorize client information to deliver compelling messages about the brand.
    • Cultivate relationships with potential customers to encourage repeat business and foster brand loyalty.
    • Participate in group meetings to learn and apply best practices for representing clients effectively.
    • Address customer concerns promptly and provide satisfactory resolutions.
    • Assist in tracking brand exposure and sales data to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
    • Maintain professional communication with all levels of management, customers, and clients.
    • Demonstrate enthusiasm for participating in the event process from planning to execution.
    • Engage and motivate team members to achieve optimal results.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in customer service or sales is beneficial, but not required.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
    • Full training is provided for this entry-level role.
