We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our facility.

In this role, you will ensure an outstanding service experience for our clients and their pets from the moment they step through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and their pets warmly and ensure a smooth checkin and checkout process.
• Provide detailed information about our services, including daycare, overnight boarding, grooming, and any special promotions.
• Manage appointment scheduling using our internal software system.
• Update customer records with accuracy, including vaccination records and special care instructions.
• Conduct tours of the facility for new and prospective clients.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the care team to communicate any specific client needs or concerns.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service role; experience in pet care or veterinary services is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact positively with clients and team members.
• Comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and breeds.
• Basic understanding of computer and software skills necessary for daily tasks.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fastpaced environment.
• Must be detailoriented and organized.
• Passion for animals and their wellbeing.
