Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Who we are: We are a company looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job Type: Full Time
Reports to: Sales Manager
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role as the main point of contact with customers. Being friendly, communicating in a timely manner, having product knowledge, and maintaining accurate records are vital for ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide product and service information to our national and international customers.
- Calculate and create quotations for products upon request.
- Maintain accurate data and records in ERP software.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager and Sales Manager to ensure prompt order production and shipping, and communicate updates to customers.
- Foster long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate effectively in a team and perform well under pressure.
- Gather and analyze customer and business data for internal reports.
- Collaborate with the company and customers to propose process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills
- Familiarity with database software.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
- Strong English language written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to devise innovative solutions
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
