Reports to: Sales Manager

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role as the main point of contact with customers. Being friendly, communicating in a timely manner, having product knowledge, and maintaining accurate records are vital for ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide product and service information to our national and international customers.
• Calculate and create quotations for products upon request.
• Maintain accurate data and records in ERP software.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager and Sales Manager to ensure prompt order production and shipping, and communicate updates to customers.
• Foster long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate effectively in a team and perform well under pressure.
• Gather and analyze customer and business data for internal reports.
• Collaborate with the company and customers to propose process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills
• Familiarity with database software.
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
• Strong English language written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to devise innovative solutions

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
