• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and overall needs
• Proficiently provide solutionoriented responses to customer inquiries
• Address customer complaints in a patient and understanding manner
• Channel customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed
• Assist sales team by forwarding potential leads to build and expand territory
• Develop and maintain professional relationships to create returning customers
• Manage and follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring proper investigation and timely resolution compliant with departmental standards
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers to ensure proper customer and product resolution
• In company database, accurately enter customer order(s) and account information
• Print, process, and quality check product orders and customer account statuses
• Always follow company communication guidelines, policies, and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Experience in providing outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
