This is a US-based remote role supporting our Canada Sales Team.As a Canada Direct Sales Manager, you will be among our pioneering leaders in Canada, building what has not been built before, executing in uncharted territories while leveraging best practices from other segments that have had proven success. You will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and leading a team of new Account Executives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. You are a leader, a mentor and a team player with the ability to drive your team to close deals at high velocity in a growing market. You are a self-starter with the aptitude to help your team rapidly build a large pipeline of new business and help them define a path to deal closure. The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot's bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
