About Us - We are located in Somerville, NJ. We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager who can commute to the office and travel the territory.
Assist Sales Director and Business Development Manager in cultivating prospects. Generate and qualify new leads. Maintain relationships and regular communication with prospective customers.
Schedule appointments with prospective customers. Conduct sales research & calls on various industries and market segm ents to identify opportunities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing & present weekly KPIs during owners meeting
Oversee sales talks, scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
- Manage, and oversea CRM, and other systems.
- Forecast and track key account metric
SALES
- Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for services
- Schedule appointments with prospective customers
- Explain services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into CRM
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Negotiate with stakeholders
- Attend expositions and seminars to raise the company profile
- Help Create, and/or New Marketing Material Such Website, Brochures and other materials
- Use company CRM to track and record leads and activities
- Attend on
- Perform general office tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong phone presence
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Strong listening and negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to set and reach targets
- Daily No Sales appointment day
- Weekly phone calls per week
- Scouting
- Assist team with determining scouting areas, Scouting 23 times per month
- Scouting
- Obtain 1220 leads from scouting
- Appointments
- New Qualified Appointments 12 per week
- CRM
- Updating contact information with SalesForce & Zoom Info
- CRM
- Adding New leads in SalesForce Weekly
COMPENSATION
- Salary: $45 50K Base
- Commission Structure:
% of total sale outside of your territory
VACATION AND SICK DAYS
The Employee shall be entitled to time off. The company provides a standard package to commence from 90 days of start of employment.
- Paid Vacation Days 5 days
- Sick Days 5 days
BENEFITS:
- Dex & Company does not offer Health Insurance Benefits, nor 401K at this time.
TRAVEL
- This position requires up to 20% 60 % travel.
PROBATIONARY PERIOD
It is understood and agreed that the first ninety (90) days of employment shall constitute a probationary period during which period the Employer may,in its absolute discretion, terminate the Employee's employment, for any reason without notice or cause.
