Contexte
La Direction de l'Engagement d'Entreprise et des Marques du groupe Michelin recrute un(e) alternant(e) Content Manager Business to Dealer au sein de l'entité Communication Commerciale B2C pour contribuer à la production de contenus et d'outils de communication à destination de nos distributeurs et consommateurs en point de vente. Cette mission contribuera au plan d'engagement de la Communication Commerciale monde des lignes business « Automobile Marques Mondiales » (marques MICHELIN & BFGOODRICH) et « 2 Roues » (Moto & Vélo à la marque MICHELIN).

Missions
Participation à la construction de la stratégie de communication destinée aux dealers Auto/Moto/Vélo.
Rédaction de briefs pour nos agences de communication.
Création des documents destinés à nos distributeurs et consommateurs en point de vente avec le support d'agences de communication.
Mise à disposition et gestion des contenus pour les régions et pays via des plateformes dédiées.
Animation du réseau monde, collaboration et communication aux régions et pays des Assets Master afin qu'ils soient localisés par la suite.
Mise en place des indicateurs de performances.
Apport pour le(a) candidat(e)
Expérience dans une entreprise internationale.
Gestion de projet dans un contexte international.
Gestion d'agences de communication.
Leadership.
Profil recherché
Niveau BAC +5 en
Communication/Marketing/Marketing
Digital.
Rigueur, organisation de travail et de respect des délais.
Compétences rédactionnelles.
Autonomie.
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement qui évolue rapidement.
A l'aise avec les outils informatiques, la maîtrise des outils de créativité
(Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign)
est un plus.
Niveau d'Anglais B2/C1
Connaissance du monde automobile, de la moto et/ou du vélo appréciée.

Votre vous accompagnera tout au long de votre mission afin de développer votre savoir-faire et savoir-être et vous proposera des formations complémentaires en adéquation avec votre mission.
Vous percevrez une rémunération mensuelle en fonction de votre niveau d'études, de votre âge et du type de contrat. Par exemple, pour un contrat en apprentissage, si vous avez moins de 26 ans, elle sera comprise entre 1447 € brut mensuel pour un diplôme préparé BAC+1 et 1630 € brut mensuel pour un diplôme préparé BAC+5.
