    Sales & Account Manager

    Hollywood Florida

    $60,000 - $100,000 + Commission

    As a Sales and Account Manager you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing client accounts within the elevator service industry. You will cultivate relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
    New Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the elevator service industry, including property management companies, building owners, and facility managers.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies to secure new accounts.
    Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify key markets and develop sales tactics to penetrate those markets effectively.
    Proposal preparation and presentation
    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and quotations to prospective clients, highlighting the company's services and value proposition.
    • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure profitable agreements with clients.
    Project Coordination
    • Work closely with internal departments, including operations and technical teams, to coordinate project implementation and ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
    • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns.
    Account Management
    • Monitor client accounts to ensure adherence to service agreements and contract terms.
    • Address any service-related issues promptly and proactively resolve client concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
    Reporting and Analysis
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
    • Prepare regular reports for management, analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the elevator service or related industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
