- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the elevator service industry, including property management companies, building owners, and facility managers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies to secure new accounts.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify key markets and develop sales tactics to penetrate those markets effectively.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and quotations to prospective clients, highlighting the company's services and value proposition.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure profitable agreements with clients.
- Work closely with internal departments, including operations and technical teams, to coordinate project implementation and ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure adherence to service agreements and contract terms.
- Address any service-related issues promptly and proactively resolve client concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
- Prepare regular reports for management, analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the elevator service or related industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
