- Uses the telephone console to make connections and relay calls.
- Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, striving to minimize the time they are put on hold.
- Complete Dealer trade check requests and VMS for NC Sales.
- Communicate messages to the appropriate parties promptly.
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
- Receive customer cash, checks, and credit card payments and record the amount received.
- Prepare the daily schedule of sales employees.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing, posting,
- Post all accounts payable invoices.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Must speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to callers.
- Must be able to convey messages to employees clearly and quickly.

- Will perform the entire shift at a desk in an office setting, inside the office.
- Will answer the telephone for most of the shift.
