- Manage the end-to-end benefits administration process for 900 hourly and salaried employees.
- Oversee open enrollment, ensuring a seamless and well-communicated process for all employees.
- Process benefit changes, address inquiries, and provide guidance on benefit-related matters.
- Collaborate with the benefits broker to evaluate and enhance the current benefits offerings.
- Work closely with the broker to change providers if necessary, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to make informed recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in benefits administration.
- Generate reports and analyze data related to benefits utilization, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Conduct employee workshops and training sessions on benefits to enhance understanding and engagement.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding benefit-related inquiries and concerns.
- Act as a first HR contact for employees questions
- Conduct employee relations investigations as needed
- Embrace a hybrid work model, spending three days a week in the office to facilitate collaboration and communication.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR with a focus on benefits administration.
- Proven experience in handling benefits open enrollment and managing changes for a large employee population.
- Familiarity with plan design and experience working with benefits brokers.
- Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations related to benefits.
