    Since inception, Brushmo has sold 20 million units worldwide with utility and design patents in the US, Asian, and European markets.

    Brushmo is currently developing the patented Brush Number system, which is the first in the world that aims to build an entire ecosystem to provide individualized oral care solutions through AI powered analytics.

    Job Purpose:


    The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist will ideate, implement, and analyze top tier digital and online marketing strategies using Amazon paid advertising.

    This will include product detail page execution, brand-specific content creation, and insight driven reporting.

    This role will be onsite in our Encino, CA office


    Job Responsibilities:
    Principal (Essential) Duties
    Create and manage the digital ad campaign strategy in tandem with leadership.

    Create and manage digital ad campaigns on Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and other platforms to drive revenue against company sales targets.

    Optimize marketing campaigns and strategies for the United States market.

    Analyze data to determine creative and new ways to improve performance, conversion rates, open percentages, and other key product success metrics in the Amazon platform.

    Serve as a partner between all team members and departments to effectively execute retailer-specific promotional initiatives.
    Provide high quality insights and performance dashboards to team members and leadership.

    Serve as the Amazon advertising subject matter expert by being current on industry trends, competitor data, competitive analysis and any other relevant market information and trends to support cutting edge ecommerce advertising campaigns and techniques.

    Provide expertise contributing to the build out and continued success of all PPC platform advertising strategies.

    Experience/ Education Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or other relevant, related fields. Relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
    Minimum four years of relevant, progressive experience in ecommerce marketing required.
    Minimum three years' experience managing end to end digital marketing campaigns.
    Strong proficiency in Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon PPC campaigns required.
    Prior experience with Walmart PPC and/or Shopify PPC strongly preferred.
    Bilingual language skills in Spanish preferred.

    Have an indomitable work ethic and the willingness to work additional hours as needed.
    Perform light work – exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally.
    Endure prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    Operate standard office/computer equipment.
