    **Retail Experience Associate (Sales)**

    New York, NY / Retail / Retail **ABOUT LALO:** Lalo is changing the way parents shop for their little ones. Our first flagship store is the next way we will show up for parents and support them through all the big moments of raising a small human.

    **ABOUT THE ROLE:** We are looking for motivated Sales Associates to join our store team in spearheading the retail experience for our first location in Downtown NYC. This individual will play an integral part in sharing the Lalo brand story and guide customers through the Lalo retail experience. The Sales Associate will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience geared toward developing meaningful and loyal client relationships. + **Brand Ambassador** Act as a brand ambassador reflective of the company values by exuding an energetic, friendly, upbeat attitude. Provide customers with knowledge and assistance on the brand and its products. Elevate the brand by creating memorable brand experiences and cultivating an environment of genuine customer connection.

    + **Client Relationship Building** Cultivate and maintain a highly engaged customer base through providing a personalized Lalo shopping experience and through consistent follow-up through phone calls, thank you notes, appointment scheduling, and invitations to store events.

    + **Sales Performance** Be an integral part in achieving the stores goals.

    + **Store Operations** Assist the store leadership team with operational tasks such as Inventory Receiving, Visual Merchandising, and maintaining store standards and cleanliness. Support the leadership team in projects and initiatives as needed.

    + **Team Player** Work collaboratively with all team members. Strive to improve the retail experience by partnering with the team and the store leadership. Foster open and constructive communication to ensure an exceptional experience and contribution to a positive working environment.

    + Have a minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or customer service role

    + Are constantly growing and youre never satisfied and are unafraid to be a better version of yourself

    + Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with the proven ability in delivering the very best in customer experience

    + Are someone who cares - about delivering great experiences to your team, colleagues, and customers

    + Have excellent communication skills both written and verbally

    + Are flexible with working varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

    + Able to lift and carry 25-30lbs

    + Able to bend, reach, lift and move stock and product
