Role Description


The Customer Experience Associate plays a pivotal role in welcoming customers, providing them with a positive first impression, and guiding them through their visit.

This position involves greeting guests, understanding their needs, and connecting them with the appropriate Budtender or staff member. Additionally, the Customer Experience Associate will handle administrative tasks and ensure a smooth operation of the front desk.


Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers upon entry, providing a positive first impression of our dispensary.
  • Efficiently manage the flow of customers, directing them to the appropriate staff or assisting with initial inquiries.
  • Perform administrative duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing customer queries to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Assist customers with product selection by providing basic information on cannabis strains, effects, and usage, under the guidance of experienced Budtenders.
  • Support the Budtender team during peak times or as needed, helping to ensure that all customers receive attentive and knowledgeable service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area and assist with keeping product displays wellstocked and presentable.
  • Engage in ongoing education about cannabis products and industry regulations to enhance personal knowledge and improve customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer service experience with a commitment to creating a welcoming environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced setting.
  • Basic understanding of cannabis products and a willingness to expand this knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • A passion for cannabis and dedication to promoting responsible consumption is highly valued._

Pay:
$ $22.50 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
