    The Position:


    The Marketing Manager, reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, is responsible for driving business growth and revenue by supporting marketing and advertising initiatives, social media channels, and sales efforts.

    The compensation range for this position is $110K-$120K per year, depending on experience.


    Your Day-to-Day:
    Develop and execute business development and B2B marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
    Work closely with the commercial team to create and implement marketing initiatives that support the company's growth objectives.
    Offer expert advice for advertising campaigns and PR activities.
    Identify marketing opportunities by determining consumer segmentation along with defining market, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses
    Continue increasing brand identity and market awareness through traditional and digital platforms, all aimed at targeted business growth
    Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
    Maintain social media strategies that support the company's brand and drives engagement with customers across all social media channels.
    Create marketing materials to supplement sales and cross-functional teams.
    Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
    Maximize value from referral networks and business connections.
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers to generate new business.
    Support the sales team in developing and closing new business opportunities.
    Performs other related duties as assigned.
    May include up to 20% travel. May be more or less based on business needs

    What You Bring to the Table:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required
    Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or B2B marketing.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership and negotiation skills, strong strategic and analytical skills, ability to present views and ideas in a convincing and clear manner to build consensus, creative ability, and a high degree of integrity and maturity.

    Strong analytical skills and sharp learning agility.
    Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred).

    Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently, as well as organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Must be able to effectively lead meetings.

    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
