- Loan Closing and Loan Operations for International Private Banking, Trade Finance and Commercial and Industrial Loans
- • Assist in managing the credit documentation process for International Private Banking loans, Trade Finance, Factoring and Commercial and Industrial Loans:
- • Prepare complete legal documentation for loans approved by the credit committee and/or Head Office (Promissory Notes, Pledge Agreement, Guaranty Agreement, ECOA, etc.), using the templates approved by the Bank;
- • Perform the loan administration function, including booking of loans, tracking maturities, overdrafts, processing of payments, reconciliation of accounts, amendments etc.
- • Administer, control and monitor of all collateral held for credit facilities, ensuring that collateral has been received, properly documented (pledged) and blocked on the branch's systems;
- • Safeguard all documentation required for perfecting the bank's security interest in the collateral
- • Elaborate, control and follow up information to be sent to other internal and external areas of the Branch.
- An Associate's degree or a four year degree (B.A, B.S.), or equivalent.
- Four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in English and Spanish, read, written and spoken
