    Position:
    Project Financial Accountant

    J-U-B) is Helping Each Other Create Better Communities. We foster a teamwork environment to solve problems that improve society - while providing employees growth opportunities. We are recruiting for a Project Financial Accountant to work in our Salt Lake City, Utah office.

    While supporting the accounting functions of a project, this position supports the office with a variety of duties and responsibilities.

    Set up projects and maintain project billing terms

    • Assist with office financial tracking including profitability, revenue, revenue projections, etc.
    • Assist with office wide time tracking
    • Prepare various spreadsheets and edit documents related to office financial tracking
    • Support and assist Project Managers with contracts, budget review, client coordination, project tracking, and creatively tailor workflow to accomplish tasks
    • Continually strive for process improvement/efficiency in the position and workflow
    • Work as part of administrative team which includes answering telephones, working with clients, general office duties, etc.
    3+ years previous billing experience and knowledge of general accounting principles.

    • Experience using accounting systems; Proficient in the Microsoft Suite
    • 00 hourly. Annual and medical leave package
