North Lake in Flensburg is looking for a full-time permanent employee to join our team.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to strengthen our purchasing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing tenders, price negotiations, and award decisions (in close coordination with technical departments) for project and investment scopes.


You will work closely with all parties involved in the procurement process to ensure that project milestones, quality, logistics, and costs are taken into account from a purchasing perspective.


Your new tasks will include:

  • Managing requests, tenders, and price and contract negotiations for materials, construction, and services
  • Coordinating procurement strategies for specific award decisions with various interface partners
  • Analyzing and reviewing contract agreements to prepare for new and renegotiations and ensure competitiveness of terms and delivery times
  • Conducting active supplier management to ensure the best partners in terms of cost, quality, and technical requirements
  • Developing efficient ordering processes (together with the purchasing team) for project scopes and Cmaterials

We are looking for someone with:

  • Technical or business administration degree or equivalent education combined with relevant work experience
  • Strong cost awareness, negotiation skills, goal orientation, and ability to integrate
  • Enjoyment of working with different interface partners and suppliers
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP MM
  • Good English skills
