    We are hiring a Strategic Business Development Manager to join our Business Development team. This person will help manage and grow our engagement strategic partners, whose solutions layer on our Hospitality & Healthcare ecosystems, and drives sales in the Hospitality space; Hotels, Casinos, Cruise Ships and Healthcare


    The ideal candidate will possess a strong Partner management background along with an understanding of all the elements that are required to enable and grow strategic partnerships.

    The ideal candidate will lead engagement and product certification with existing integrators while identifying and onboard new partners.


    This role has close engagement with our HQ and Sales teams, making sure that product certification is on-track and helping to engage the right support team for any post-certification issues.

    Role and Responsibilities


    Summary Requirements:

    Responsible for developing an eco-system of technology partner for Samsung HTV products,

    Build and elevate executive/leadership relationships
    Coordinate TV Certification on their platform
    Provide sales education and training to partners
    Develop programs to maximize Samsung TV + Partner Solutions
    Increase/improve awareness and recommendation rate within the Samsung sales organizations of these partners


    You will broker internal resources, tools, references and/or investments needed to execute on the business plans in order to help meet the set goals.

    Act as a subject matter expert to work together with marketing and sales teams to produce collateral and reference materials to support proactive development of HTV/LFD products, Tizen Platform, SoC, device and content management solutions.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
    HTV Solutions Development Management

    Samsung HTV CMS/PMS partner integration support and product management
    Develop and communicate software licensing program to end user, reseller, and channel partners. Develop and communicate business plans internally and externally related to content management solutions products. Manage partner integration training and pre sales support efforts. Manage system development life cycle with SEC and Integration partners Monitor license distribution process. Track, forecast and report on sales opportunities related to software licensing programs for HTV category.

    TEP / System On Chip (SOC) partner adoption and product management

    Support System/Signage Integrator development and licensing on Tizen Platform Manage system development life cycle with SEC, HQ and SI partner .

    Monitor license distribution process.

    Samsung LYNK

    Digital Rights Management
    Initiate/Maintain manufacturing partnerships and licensing

    Technical liaison and primary point of contact for Authorized Resellers

    Monitor license distribution process

    II. Solutions Pre- Sales Support


    Responsible for supporting an eco-system of technology partners and system integrators to deliver an adaptable sales support process for Samsung HTV products, Tizen Platform, SoC, device and content management software solutions.

    Provide recommendations and analysis to the HTV Executive Management, HTV/LFD product teams and the HTV regional sales management on product and solutions development.

    Provide sales education and training to eco-system of technology partners and customers with current knowledge of Samsung HTV products, Tizen Platform, SoC, device and content management software solutions.

    Provide strategic customer facing sales support to the eco-system of technology partners
    Provide strategic customer facing support for Proof of Concept deployments.
    III. Solutions Post- Sales Support


    Responsible for providing escalation support working with the service team, HQ and SEC to help escalate issues to product planning and R&D teams.

    Maintain access and reporting capabilities through the Service Cloud platform

    Act as a subject matter expert to work with sales teams to support customer facing communications in the event of issue escalation.

    Create and frequently communicate to HTV Executive Team updates on service ticket status.
    Skills and Qualifications

    What you bring to the team:

    Must have experience in building relationships with all levels within the partner account, from C-Level line level employees
    Proven experience leading go-to-market business alliances
    Experience working with customers to drive actionable outcomes and results
    Experience building partnerships in the B2B space that lead to sourced sales pipeline and revenue.
    Data-driven mindset - make decisions based on data and insights
    Proactive and creative nature and attitude; cannot lose mentality
    Excel at working collaboratively
    Think and act strategically as well as execute tasks on time

    The salary range for this role, for candidates based in California, is expected to be between $161,500.00 and $171, Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.


    The salary range for this role, for candidates based in NYC, is expected to be between $155,500.00 and $164, Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
