We are looking for a sales executive that has mastered the process of relationship-based enterprise sales and has experience taking a prospect through each stage of the sales pipeline and converting them into a raving customer.
The sales executive who joins our team will have a demonstrated ability to quickly build relationships, understand the pain points of the prospect, and clearly map the value and benefits of the Vimocity solution.

This position is based in Seattle, WA, although applicants outside of this locale will be considered.ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Account Executive position is an end-to-end sales role, which includes generating new sales leads and then developing a relationship with the prospect in the earliest stages of the sales cycle (discovery).
The Sales Account Executive will then lead the efforts of solution development, contract negotiation, and will collaborate with other members of the sales team to contract execution.
Once the deal is closed, they will work with the Vimocity Customer Success Team to ensure a smooth handoff. They are expected to meet sales goals and deliver value to all customers through relationship-based sales.What You'll Achieve:
Build strong, value-based relationships with sales prospectsGenerate new opportunities in collaboration with other members of the Vimocity sales team to build the pipeline (e.g.
attending conferences).Nurture leads and progress prospective customers through the sales pipelineDevelop and execute Account Based Sales (ABS) plans for target customersCollect vital information from customers that allows you to develop a proposal that meets potential customers' business needs and budgetCraft and deliver sales presentations that speak to the needs and business objectives of the company and executive suiteMaintain account and opportunity forecasting within HubSpotDevelop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Vimocity's' solution offerings.
Address product uses, benefits and competitive advantages that facilitate deal closureMaintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in developing proposals and pricing.
Become a thought leader on workplace injury prevention and become a trusted consultant to prospect and the Utility industry.Represent Vimocity at industry conferences and association meetingsManage the handoff of new customers to the Onboarding and Customer Success teams.
Meet or exceed quota expectationsYour Core Attributes:3-5 years of experience in B2B enterprise salesExperience selling to the executive suiteConsistent achievement of year over year quota Demonstrated ability to research companies and align the solution to the prospect's corporate strategic initiatives Background or education in roles that require a mix of analytical and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with platforms such as HubSpot, MailChimp, Slack, Google Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office Please note that travel may be up to 50% at times This opportunity is for someone who loves the challenge of implementing new and innovative processes for building and nurturing key relationships, pitching proposals, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and successfully transitioning new customers to the Onboarding and Customer Success teams.
