    Aspire is seeking an individual that we can expand their skill sets as a Business Development Representative. Our team is looking for an individual who desires to learn the back end operations, sales, development of a business, and working with prominent clientele in the telecommunications industry.

    Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

    • Direct contact with consumers to engage with them and listen to their needs to better promote products and services
    • Work with the sales team to manage accounts and set up new accounts when processing an order
    • Develop skill set and knowledge within a team and independently
    • Work with new customer acquisitions and strategically approach customers with the desire to upset and develop new business within the area
    • Conduct market research and campaign strategies to increasing revenue for our clients, find areas of improvement and increase customer brand awareness
    • Work with team members in various divisions and develop guidelines and goals to enhance their opportunity for growth

    Business Development Representative Requirements:

    • Strong initiative and organization
    • Solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
    • Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment (independently as well as in a team)
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Customer service experience in person
