- Drive the renewal process for existing accounts and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as a main point of contact between the company and its clients.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and goals, and articulate the value proposition of our products or services to meet those requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction. Coordinate with Customer Success, Customer Support, and Product Teams as needed.
- Address customer concerns and issues promptly, working towards resolutions that align with both customer satisfaction and company objectives.
- Forecast and track key account metrics within your book of business
