Junior Account Manager Duties:

• Educate consumers on the positive effects of making the switch to best inclass Internet, including significantly faster speeds, network efficiency, low latency, and massive capacity
• Become a master, staying uptodate on all relevant market trends by attending meetings and conducting extensive research
• Represent our clients professionally and proudly to increase customer base and improve sales profit margins
• Strong ability to connect with customers, build trust, and foster relationships for years to come
• Document and record confidential client information accurately and efficiently
• Adequate present information to customers oneonone and create a unique experience
• Active listening to all customer concerns and objections to better understand their needs and educate them on how our services can be tailored to their individual needs

Junior Account Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Past experience in client relations, customer service, sales, account management, or relevant experience, especially in the telecommunications industry, is a major plus
• Highly responsible, selfreliant, and professional
• Charismatic, friendly, and inviting demeanor
• Ability to work effectively, patiently, and pleasantly with other team members, customers, and management
• Humble and passionate about helping others and making an impact on the environment

$45, $55,000.00 per year
