    Paid Time OffMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401KEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwideLearning programs through our AcademiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the worldAbility to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activitiesJob DescriptionWhat you will be doing:Reporting to the Director of Sales, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Handle all aspects of Sales for groups of 10 or more rooms peak nightDevelop and maintain customer base in all marketsExceed personal sales goals, monthly, quarterly, annually, through account development and maintenanceAttend Sales meetings, office events, hotel-sponsored functions, and industry functionsDevelop lead sources and rapport with key personnel, Global Sales Office sellers, and assigned client baseCoordinate and financially manage sales trips, FAM trips, and conventions within the given territory, including reports or activity pertaining to the specific marketAssist in the planning and strategies of the Group Sales effortMaintain active membership in industry-related organizations and associations pertaining to the specific marketConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceNeed to have strong customer service and communication skills, can anticipate and meet the needs of our guests and have an enthusiastic desire to attain the highest levels of quality in all areas of the hotel.

    Complete and manage customer proposals and contractsData entry into the sales system platform DelphiWorking in a team environmentOther tasks as assignedQualificationsYour experience and skills include:
    Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or meeting managementMust be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookKnowledge of Opera and Delphi preferredAble to provide clear and professional telephone communicationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCapable of managing multiple projects and responsibilities with easeWell organized and detail orientedAble to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentHigh school or equivalent education required, Bachelor's degree preferredAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:Opportunity to work with a diverse group, representative of over 20 countries worldwideExperienced group of individuals to train and hone innate skills and abilities
