Complete and manage customer proposals and contractsData entry into the sales system platform DelphiWorking in a team environmentOther tasks as assignedQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or meeting managementMust be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookKnowledge of Opera and Delphi preferredAble to provide clear and professional telephone communicationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCapable of managing multiple projects and responsibilities with easeWell organized and detail orientedAble to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentHigh school or equivalent education required, Bachelor's degree preferredAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:Opportunity to work with a diverse group, representative of over 20 countries worldwideExperienced group of individuals to train and hone innate skills and abilities
