Identify and create opportunities and new business, achieving sales goals by providing well-rounded solutions and market expertise.
Develop sales strategies by developing quarterly business plans, forecasts, anticipating sales requirements, determine profitability and potential client service strategies
Devote over 50% of your time to the field by meeting with current and potential customers ( would like to have some statement about this part of the job)
Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with all vertical markets including property managers, multifamily, facility managers, general contractors, hospitality, senior living, restoration companies, education, healthcare, and government.
Own end to end sales cycle. Establish new client, create and provide bids/ estimates, follow-up and close sale. Manage using Salesforce.Work closely with Operations team to manage projects from inception to completion
Develop and nurture new and existing relationships, growing client list. Client lunches, mixers, industry happy hours, networking events. Grow manufacturers referral pipeline.
Identify and successfully execute upsell opportunities while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Manage quality control and implement new procedures to improve quality across projects and workforce.
Maintain sales goals, monitor job profitability, analyze P&L ( bid to completion) maintaining a minimum of 30% margin
Qualifications & Requirements
5+ years previous sales experience (construction experience is a plus)
Strong analytical and reasoning abilities. Demonstrated creative problem solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to sell and effectively close sales and meet quota
Expert negotiator, strong ability to persuade, ability to influence decision makers
Customer Service oriented, relationship builder, problem solver, strong moral compass
Past experience developing territory and/or field based sales strategies and tactical plans
High level of analytical skill and ability to change course rapidly to impact company objectives
Proven experience independently executing a sales plan, achieving or exceeding planned sales objectives.
Experience successfully resolving issues affectively, identifying and calling out problems, comfortable with conflict and ability to resolve in a practical, healthy, and professional manner
Proven high level of efficiency, attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

$250,000 - $500,000 a year
This consists of base salary and commission. We have multiple Sales roles open at different levels.
Starting compensation and title is based on current book of relevant business and network and will be adjusted as your business grows.
