- Oversee operations of Clinical Team
- Provides all clinical directives related to the implementation of BSP's, behavioral protocols, contracts, and other interventions
- Observes the implementation of behavioral interventions weekly and takes data on implementation as needed
- Provides correction and accountability in data collection and the delivery of behavioral interventions/strategies as outlined in the individual behavior plan (weekly)
- Conducts regular clinical meetings
- Leads the development and implementation of behavior plans
- Identifies, Develops, and Conducts Training in various topics in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Prefer a Master's Degree, BCBA credentials, or in pursuit of. Significant Experience with ABA will be considered in lieu of credentials.
- RBT certification or willing to obtain RBT within 6 months of employment
- Three (3) years of professional experience working with adults 21 years of age or older with developmental disabilities that have challenging behaviors is highly preferred.
- Experience with DDD regulations
- Experience in the development and implementation of behavior modification strategies preferred
- Good interpersonal, organization, and writing skills.
- Ability to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions necessary.
