- The clinical supervisor/charge nurse ensures safe and effective patient care during non-standard hours
- Conduct assessments across departments to ensure continuity of care and report relevant information to management
- Communicate any unusual occurrences or complaints for follow-up and intervene promptly when necessary
- Oversee that nursing staff delivers comprehensive patient care in a safe environment to minimize errors
- Ensure accurate documentation and revisions to the Interdisciplinary Care Plan
- Review quality indicators and patient satisfaction results to drive performance improvement
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on Quality Indicators (QIs)
- Perform other assigned duties
- Graduate of accredited registered nurse program with current state licensure; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
- Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in rehabilitative or acute care setting
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage clinical personnel; strong communication skills; proficiency in basic computer skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
