The NBN group is invested in hiring a nursing leader to join their nursing supervisor team. As part of joining the team, you shall assess, monitor and evaluate the care provided
within the home care setting and advocate for higher quality of patient care outcomes.

As a nursing leader, you should guide the safe practice of nurses throughout their onboarding process and within the field.

The role includes engaging with nurses, families, patients and working together to meet the patient and state standards of care.


The Clinical Nursing Supervisor position is a full time position averaging 40 hours per week, focused on managing a case load of at least 20 patients with a competitive salary.

The weekly schedule tailors to accommodate the clinical & schedule needs of the families
and nurses in the field.

The home visits schedule is flexible and can take place during the day, evening, nights and weekends as needed to meet the 30 day requirement.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Clinical oversight of patient care from admission through discharge of homecare
  • Patients.
  • Orientation of nurses and ongoing evaluation of nurses competencies.
  • The assurance of clinical skills and competency of nurses.
  • Advocate for nurses growth and development.
  • Education ambassador for the nurses within the field.
  • The position will be both in office and in the field providing onsite visits to patient
- homes, throughout the state of NJ.


Requirements:


  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • Supervisory Experience preferred.
  • Experience in home healthcare is a bonus
  • Experience with trach and vent patients is a plus
  • Excellent observational, problemsolving skills, written and verbal communication
- skills.
