- Provide on-going supervision of clinical staff in FVP program
- Provide clinical social services to clients such as clinical assessments and consultations, discharge planning, and client-centered advocacy
- Provides 1:1 and group supervision to staff weekly
- Assists in the coordination of the Multi-Disciplinary Treatment Team for all participants for the purpose of collaborating and coordinating client treatment according to risk assessment, treatment, behavioral monitoring, to optimize treatments for clients
- Prepares reports containing findings, conclusions, and recommendations as required by funding source
- Master's degree in human/social services or mental health-related field
- NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) OR Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Prior supervisory experience
- Past experience or training in dealing with domestic violence

The base pay range for this position is $45 to $52 per hour.
