    Strategic IT Sourcing and Contract Manager

    Client Industry: Healthcare

    100% Remote - Must live in CST or EST in the US

    6+ Month Contract – (extension likely; right to hire)

    60.00 Hourly W2 only

    No Corp to Corp OR 3rd Party agencies.

    We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Strategic IT Sourcing and Contract Manager for our customer in the Healthcare Industry. In our Division of Strategic IT Sourcing, we are committed to providing comprehensive Software Spend reporting to our executive leadership, enabling them to gain insights into our total software expenditure. As part of this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including finance, procurement, IT Contracting, and other IT departments, to support our client in the healthcare industry.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Review Technology Agreements: Analyze technology agreements to identify related spending and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    2. Collaborate with IT Financial Managers: Work closely with IT financial managers to develop and refine vendor software-based costs, optimizing budget allocation.
    3. Maintain Financial Models: Manage and maintain various financial models used for decision-making across the institution.
    4. Cost Savings and Revenue Enhancement: Contribute to projects focused on identifying cost-saving opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies.
    5. Business Process Understanding: Engage with business users to understand their processes and vendor software spend. Translate these requirements into functional specifications for dashboards and reports.
    6. Data Model Optimization: Design and optimize data models to support robust reporting infrastructure.
    7. Dashboard Development: Create and develop dashboards that align with strategic initiatives. Understand results and provide actionable recommendations.
    Requirements:
    • IT Contract Management: At least 2 years of experience working in Healthcare IT contract management. (Healthcare industry highly preferred)
    • IT Finance Experience: 2-4 years of experience in IT finance.
    • Decision Support or Cost Accounting: Familiarity with decision support or cost accounting principles.
    • Contract Life Cycle Management (reviewing, editing, and redlining contracts)
    • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Fluent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
