- Ariba Sourcing Request Module (Must)
- Enhancements to the Contract Requests Module (Must)
- Ariba Savings Forms for Sourcing Projects (Must)
- Develop role-specific training guides (and supporting content including screen prints, etc.) to client process owners to enable end-user training.
- Responsible for scheduling and recording all Zoom training sessions.
- Organizing the Training material and recorded Zoom training sessions on a SharePoint site
- Assistance with reviewing and providing updates to existing Training Guides as well as updating revised Guides on the SharePoint site.
- Assistance with potential better organization the Training Guides/Zoom recordings on the SharePoint Site.
- Strong project management and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to see a job through to its completion.
- Prior experience with developing Ariba Project Module training documentation and knowledge (a plus)
- Prior experience with developing and delivering training documentation and User Guides including system screen prints, detailed instructions, etc. (Required)
- Experience in organizing training documentation and User Guides on a SharePoint Site (Desirable)
- Prior experience with performing Ariba Project Module User training sessions (a Plus)
