Description:

This is a 6 month temporary position, with the potential to become permanent as we are a new and expanding team.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, who ideally has past experience using a website content management system.

Day to day duties include:

• Managing upload and customization of content on the financial wellness website, ensuring a high-quality user experience
• Managing the inventory of all content hosted on the platform, via excel and the team shared drive
• Partnering with our internal compliance team to coordinate review and approval of content
• Helping with process documentation of content management system best practices and procedures
• Digital support for collaborative team environment and document tracking
• Additional tasks as assigned
• Additionally, skills in writing/proofreading or basic digital design are a plus
