Job Purpose:
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop & execute a sourcing plan of action to meet immediate client hiring requirements.
- Create innovative sourcing strategies making use of forums, online networks, and internet interrogation
- Create talent communities via LinkedIn and engage them with regular and relevant communications?
- Balance deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at a time.
- Maintain data quality and accuracy within the company's internal database.
- Market mapping, business intelligence
- Remain curious about emerging sourcing technologies and methods to help us on our journey to best in class
Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Customer Service-related role
- A high degree of customer focus and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Good attention to detail
- Strong drive for results and a commitment to producing a high level of work efficiently and often within tight time frames.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with change and ambiguity.
- Skills in planning, organizing and prioritization
- High levels of tenacity

Salary
$69,000 - $81,000 a year
