    Executive Assistant to Amazing Team – Boutique Investment Bank

    $100-120k base DOE + paid OT eligible + discretionary bonus + great benefits package

    A wonderful, stable, and collaborative investment bank in Midtown WEST is seeking a poised Executive Assistant to join their amazing team to support a team of 3-5 executives This is an incredible opportunity for a rockstar EA, looking for stability, great culture, and a long term 'home'. Finance experience is required.

    The Executive Assistant must have 5+ of Executive/Administrative Assistant experience – finance experience and LONGEVITY is highly preferred. The ideal candidate should be a very motivated self-starter who will carry out duties in a well-organized and timely manner.

    Typical hours are 9am-5:30pm ET in their Midtown West office – 4 days in office/1 day remote work/week.

    Responsibilities

    • Handling complex calendar management across timezones
    • Booking domestic and international travel arrangements, handling itineraries + visas, ground transportation, accommodations
    • Receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence
    • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings + anticipating all requirements for the meetings, which include but aren't limited to presentation needs, scouting venues, and catering
    • Handling expense reports
    • Special projects as needed

    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
    • Excellent communication and people skills.
    • Strong organizational, multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
    • Discretion and confidentiality.

    Qualifications

    • 4-year college degree preferred
    • 5+ years of EA experience in finance/professional services
    • Microsoft Office Expert
