    INVESTMENT BANKING ANALYST: FINANCE & TECHNOLOGY (INSURANCE / CAPITAL MARKETS)

    DESCRIPTION

    Evolve Capital Partners ("Evolve") provides investment banking advisory services to leading entrepreneurial businesses operating at the intersection of technology-enabled solutions and financial services. Our core coverage verticals include Insurance and Capital Markets.

    We are currently seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst with an immediate start. The role provides an unparallel opportunity to work as part of a nimble and highly experienced deal team on executing M&A and strategic advisory mandates. The Analyst will work closely with senior bankers to create a deep impact on our clients' businesses through involvement in all facets of investment banking activities in the space.

    Evolve is seeking an energetic, analytically-minded, and detail-oriented individual to drive forward the execution of M&A and capital raise transactions across the industry. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your experience through performing critical functions throughout the transaction process, with direct hands-on guidance and mentorship from senior bankers. Additionally, you will participate in building out the firm's infrastructure and assist with business development activities.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Assist with live transaction deliverables including CIM, transaction model, and valuation analysis.
    • Coordinate and support transaction marketing campaigns and due diligence tasks
    • Research industry trends and draft research reports for circulation with our client and relationship base.
    • Work with senior bankers in qualifying potential targets for buy-side acquisitions.
    • Assist with relationship management through contact discovery, information maintenance, and outreach campaigns.
    • Complete ad-hoc tasks as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Candidates should have strong analytical skills, clear and concise business writing, and a superior work ethic. Other qualifications include:

    • One to three years of experience in investment banking.
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with relevant coursework or a major in a business-related field.
    • Outstanding academic achievement – minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0 and strong test scores.
    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with good attention to details.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    • Passing of FINRA SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 exams within six months of employment.
    • International candidates with proper work authorization by start date of program will be considered.
