Position:
HR Analyst - Investment Banking


Primary Responsibilities:
The HR Analyst will support the HR Business Partner team across a range of HR disciplines including:

  • Performance Management: Assist the HRBP team to ensure the performance feedback process is managed effectively.

This includes, but is not limited to:
Mid-Year Reviews, Upwards Reviews, Group-Head Roundtable Reviews, Committee Days, Mock Bake-Offs, MD Promotion Process, Review Feedback, etc.

  • Compensation: Assist the HRBP team in the various aspects of the Compensation process by implementing necessary system changes, updating process documents, conducting audits, and completing other ad hoc requirements
  • Talent Diversity & Inclusion: Work with the HRBP and Talent Diversity & Inclusion teams to identify and implement global training needs
  • Recruitment (Lateral & Campus): Partner with the Talent Acquisition team as well as the Campus Recruiting team on Investment Banking recruiting efforts
  • Employee Relations: Actively learn how to handle employee relations issues. This includes complaint handling, escalation, investigation procedures, and resolutions
  • Reporting: Process employee data changes and maintain accurate employee records. Assist on reporting and data requests by various groups across the firm
  • Other: Assist with ontime implementation of all corporate initiatives, tailored appropriately to local requirements/business requirements.

Desired Experience/Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources or Psychology degree preferred
  • 01 year of experience
  • Proficient in

Microsoft Office:
Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong Excel skills a must fluency with formulas such as Vlookup, Pivot Tables, sumifs, countifs, min, max, average arrays
  • Comfortable learning and navigating through systems, prior experience with HRIS a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and client service focus
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow
  • Superior judgment, professionalism, and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and assertiveness
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate initiative and proactively contribute ideas, views, and recommendations to the team Ability to work in a fastpaced and high intensity work environment
Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $70,000 - $85,000

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual's experience level and qualifications.
