    Concrete Services is a specialty highway and bridge contractor focused on cast-in-place concrete structures, especially slipformed barrier walls, cast-in-place soundwalls and concrete pavement.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Boynton Beach, FL. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing work on highway and bridge construction projects from start to finish, managing budgets, personnel, procurement, timelines, subcontractors, safety and compliance with standards and specifications. The Construction Project Manager will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar field preferred but not required
    • Experience in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
    • Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
    • Familiarity with FDOT Standards and Specifications
    • Ability to read and interpret Roadway and Structures plans
