Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage insulation projects for our company.
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
You will coordinate with various teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that projects are completed successfully and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage insulation projects from start to finish, including coordinating resources, equipment, and materials.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance, and implement necessary changes to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety compliance, and project progress.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or insulation industry.
- Strong knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and building codes.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
