    Principal Business Process Analyst


    Purpose:


    Oversees and coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project-team, and functional management.

    This position is a defined-term role, expected to be completed by the end of 2025.


    Responsibilities:
    Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
    Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers and functional management.

    Acts as primary business analyst on projects, including gathering business requirements, and developing strategic plans which will improve existing processes.

    Independently analyses and proposes improvements to key business processes for efficiency and improvement.


    Requirements:


    Working knowledge of Medical Device Standards and Regulations, specifically 21CFR parts 820 and 801, EU MDR, and Australia TGA requirements.

    10+ years managing Medical Device projects of various scope and size.
    10+ years working within a medical device quality system.
    Experience designing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
    5+ years' experience working with medical device labeling translation suppliers.
    5+ years' experience working with distribution and inventory planners.
    Working knowledge of Medical Device Labeling standard practices, regarding Notified Body submission and commercialization activities.

    Pay Transparency


    The anticipated annualized base pay range this full-time position working at this location will be from $100,700 - $191,300, plus variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements) and the value of core and optional employee benefits being offered at Boston Scientific (BSC), which can be reviewed at At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range.

    BSC considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location.

    Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

    Actual compensation may be otherwise adjusted if the position is filled outside of the intended geographic location.
