Variance Reports, check scanning, delinquency reports, processing invoices, deposit accountings, final move out statements, generates lease renewal documents. Assisted other properties when their occupancy dropped, leased up a new construction within 5 months of leasing. Audited system to ensure all documents per Fair Housing were in files.
