Generates leases, takes prospects on tours, goes to local businesses and communities to drop off flyers. Has knowledge with CRM, Yardi, and Entrata. Scheduled vendors for turns. Variance Reports, check scanning, delinquency reports, processing invoices, deposit accountings, final move out statements, generates lease renewal documents. Assisted other properties when their occupancy dropped, leased up a new construction within 5 months of leasing. Audited system to ensure all documents per Fair Housing were in files.
