    Job description:

    Typical Day:
    • Start with team meeting daily to understand priorities.
      • Option 1: Meet with stakeholders to identify where pain points are.
      • Option 2: head down analytical day to solve paint points and create solutions.
    • Days will either be meeting heavy or independent work heavy.
    Experience: 4-5+ years of experience in business process improvement. If you see a rockstar that doesn't have the full 4 years, but look like a quality candidate, she will consider them.

    Education: BA Required

    Requirements:
    • Business process improvement background
    • Project/Program experience. Oversee number of projects at once.
      • Manage the project as if they are a project manager and delegate tasks/needs.
      • The PM work is small scale. 2-3 month timelines for each project.
      • Think of it as resource management, hours spent management, etc., vs. project budget scope. Take and understand data/information and be able to interpret in a way that stakeholders can understand.
    • Communication skills
    • Blend of PM/Business Process Analyst skills
    Preferred:
    • Six Sigma background
    Soft Skills:
    • Self-starter/Independent worker
    • Interested in the team and work they do, not just a foot in the door.
    • Strong work ethic
    • Great team player
    • Candidate needs to be able to adapt to the environment and read the room. They will be interacting with a lot of different leaders/stakeholders at KP.
    Tools:
    • Microsoft suite
      • Excel, PowerPoint
    Interview Process:
    • 30 min phone screen
    • Panel Interview w/1-2 consultants on the team
