- Accurately and efficiently prepare hot food items, while also leading others on the line
- Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
- Perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items
- Demonstrate a true desire to satisfy the needs of others
- Help the Chef build the kitchen team through hiring and ongoing development
- Assist and/or complete inventory, ordering, setting of PARS. etc

- Minimum of 1+ years as a Sous Chef, Executive Chef, Culinary Manager, or Kitchen Manager in a similar restaurant concept with a high-volume, scratch kitchen
- Culinary degree / certificate a plus
