    Sous Chef / Assistant Kitchen Manager
    The Bradford Rooftop - Join Our Lounge atop the AC Hotel by Marriott in Bridgewater - Perfect Position for a Night Owl

    Generous Starting Salary at $70,000 Per Year (Dependent on Experience)

    Summary of Position
    • Lead the kitchen team to consistently prepare top-quality food
    • Accurately and efficiently prepare hot food items while guiding the team
    • Prepare and portion food products prior to cooking
    • Help build and develop the kitchen team in collaboration with the Chef
    • Assist with inventory, ordering, and other kitchen tasks as needed

    Required Experience & Skills
    • Minimum 1+ year experience as a leader in a high-volume, scratch kitchen
    • Culinary degree/certificate is a plus
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Great work ethic and team player mentality
    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
    • Desire to learn and grow in the industry
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
